EPM Live, a provider of SharePoint project and work management solutions, has acquired project management company EPK Group’s EPK Suite product line, enhancing EPM Live’s WorkEngine portfolio. WorkEngine is an end-to-end SharePoint project and work management application.

The EPK Suite acquisition and product integration will enhance WorkEngine with a deeper level of portfolio work management, along with highly functional resource management and cost management capabilities, said EPM Live.

“WorkEngine and the EPK Group founders share a joint vision to evolve the traditional, powerful capabilities of EPK Suite Portfolio Management, Resource Management and Cost Management, and extend the same value-driven concepts to all work areas of the business using Microsoft SharePoint,” said Joe Larscheid, CEO of EPM Live, in a statement.

WorkEngine provides support for the whole work and project management life cycle, with capabilities such as project management, cost management, time management, business intelligence, and collaboration, the company said.
