EclipseCon: Community comes together

Email    print
April 15, 2009 —  The Eclipse community gathered last month in Santa Clara to discuss the future, celebrate the past, and generally talk about complex programming challenges. This year's event also marked the 10th anniversary of the formation of the OSGi Alliance. The annual confab is one of the few times during the year where members of Eclipse, who are scattered around the world, can meet face to face.

Clockwise from left: Eclipse Foundation executive director Mike Milinkovich finds a moment to relax during the conference; Foundation marketing director Ian Skerritt shares a moment with Mike Taylor of Instantiations and a member of the Eclipse board; Paul Webster of IBM, who won the award for Top Contributor to Eclipse; Todd Williams, Jens Eckels and Wayne Parrott of MyEclipse maker Genuitec, pose with the Mike Milinkovich bobblehead doll.
