MIX kicks off today

A keynote address by Microsoft’s Bill Buxton and Scott Guthrie kicks off MIX 2009, Microsoft’s conference on Web design and development, today at noon EST. Some topics that will be covered at this year's MIX are Internet Explorer 8, Silverlight 3, Visual Studio 2010 and Windows Azure. Microsoft has told SD Times that it will use the MIX spotlight to divulge more details about Azure's building block services, including SQL Data Services.
