MySQL Usage Surges Among Developers

Evans Data today released statistics that showed MySQL usage growing among developers over the past two years. The results of this two-year survey showed that 40 percent of American developers are using databases in their work, and among those, 25 percent more are using MySQL than were two years ago. A year ago, only 32 percent of developers were using databases in their work, according to the study.
