According to the Windows Phone Developer Blog, iOS developers can use the new Microsoft tools - including a 90+ page white paper - to port their applications using API calls between iOS and WP7.
Android support is in the works according to Cult of Mac. BlackBerry is also offering a similar program for Android applications, but the application players - which will allow Android applications to be "played" on the PlayBook - won't be available till Summer 2011.
