What is the state of your requirements? Do you use requirements management tools? Jama Software and Ravenflow, two companies that provide requirements management software, have teamed up on a survey to begin to create a benchmark for software requirements.
The survey is open until Dec. 10; the results will be revealed in January. An earlier survey was completed in 2008. Among the things the company hopes to find out are the drivers for innovation, how much time is spent dealing with changes to requirements and how developers measure the success of a project.
