Not sure who this is or what his vested interest is in keeping Sun out of IBM's grasp, but he's commented on SD Times columnist Andrew Binstock's excellent analysis of the impact of a merger with a link to the poll. If you care, vote. I for one think it would be interesting to see if Java developers, or the companies that already pay to license Java, would be willing to cough up even more of their money to keep afloat a failing company with no compelling software strategy.
