August 13, 2008 — In May of 2007, I suggested that Googlipse sounded like something you might get from kissing a jellyfish. Maybe some others did too, because the project fizzled. However, the Eclipse plug-in for the Google Web Toolkit (GWT) is not gone; its codebase has been absorbed into Cypal Studio for GWT. Here’s an update.

» Still free, the Cypal Studio download site rests with Google.com.

» Here’s a great (though silent) screencast for the tool (on Mac OS X).
